Facebook launches a new application to organize personal projects and similar to Pinterest

Facebook’s Product Experimentation Team (NPE Team) is working on a new application aimed at documenting personal projects 肯尼亚电话号码表.

The app is called Hobbi and it is a platform aimed at hobbyists to, as the company describes in the App Store, “capture and organize your creative process”, whether with content related to cooking as well as with art, sports or decoration, among other disciplines. It is an application reminiscent of Pinterest for some of its functionalities.

Hobbi helps users organize photos of their personal projects and hobbies into collections separated by themes, so that the user can track their progress over time, TechCrunch notes. The app allows users to save and share photos and videos related to their interests and works as an organizer, not so much as a social network. Hobbi has limited controls and easy editing options.

The Facebook application was launched last week and is available for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch devices with iOS 11 or higher in the United States, Colombia, Belgium, Spain and Ukraine, according to the media.

Since its inception in July 2019, Facebook’s NPE team has already given birth to three other projects, in addition to Hobbi: a meme-making app (Whale), a new social network (Bump), and a music app ( DJ Aux) 社交帖子.
